For this I just used GMIC Super Pixels (default) then Filter > light and shadow > lighting effects > bumpmap

Interesting that the mosaic pieces around the teeth, actually look like teeth. Maybe she needs braces. :)

Interesting sallyanne, a variation of your method.

Ran the Super Pixels 3 times using same settings.
It gives sort of a broken look.
Then Morphological Operation Erosion 3x3 to get thicker lines.

Bump Map, type spherical and played little with the other settings.

Cool Nidhogg, I knew there had to be something there to do it manually that was easy. I tried it as well (later) with smaller super pixels but it didnt make any difference to her teeth. I guess it follows the colours ;)
