Gimp is great for quick memes but we hardly see them here.

Joke aside, you did put a nice meme, but knowing that the picture below come from the aftermath of the Japanese super tsunami... kind of break the meme (IMHO, but may be I'm too old).

That was 11 years ago. These are newer cars in Central China this week. An extreme flooding event right after a similar event in Western Europe.
