In the olden days of Scandinavian myth, the Neck was a water spirit found by running water. He was said to play his fiddle to lure people to their doom in his watery domain.

But come winter holidays, even this dangerous mythical being needs some cheer and a gift - maybe a harmonica?

My traditional Christmas card for the year, done in OSS software! I'm in good time, for once!

I used Blender to experiment with light and perspective, before doing the actual painting in Krita/GIMP. There are vaette to find, as usual.
