That time of year

This is a background I made for a friend for Halloween.

I have 2 versions of it. This is the original work I did on it. The other version actually has Happy Halloween on it, but I thought it took away from the picture.

Very cool! This image SCREAMS Halloween, and frankly doesn't need the happy Halloween text.

Is this a collection of images assembled, or is it an edited photo?

Only the house is a collected image. The clouds, stars, and trees are all brushes. The background is a simple gradient along with an oval black filled selection on bottom with a pretty extreme gausian blur.

Moon was done with a circle seletion, then using a second circle selection in subtraction. Air brushed and a minor gausian blur added.

Less is definitely more Daemon; has that onerous feel for sure.
