the colors are amazing !

the cracked skin looks better (= more realistic) above the eye, than under
i think the pink needs to fade out more on the left corner of the eye

also, the bloodshot eye is kind of creepy - did you add the veins as well ?

its kind of Marylin Manson-esque (in a good way)

no on the red part of the eye there was allot more red in there but i took that off with coloring it white with a over lay so it wont look to bad and i tried to make it look realistic as possible
