the disco maniac

this started with zward117:s light beam tutorials and a comment i got on my light beam image. esper said: DISCO! and i laughed because i'm far from the disco type. but it got me thinking, so i made a disco room (somewhat claustrophobic, perhaps, but that just reflects the feeling i get on a club dance floor...) and made a silhouette of a dancing man from a photo and added some disco lights and shadows. i imagine this guy is a bit of a freak, the small town recluse. he spends most of his time in his rebuilt storage room (he's probably fitted it with a steel door and combination padlocks for safety), where he lets himself loose to late seventies hits and forgets about the worries of the everyday world. poor thing, i think someone should force him to see a shrink before boney m and gloria gaynor does his poor brain some permanent damage!

molly: aaww, that must be the sweetest light beam image made after that tutorial! i love it. did you use a brush for the fireworks or how did you make them? they look great!

Yes AnMal, just brushes I didn't like the gradient so I changed it.
