Nowadays there is less and less people using pigeons to send mail, and i noticed that was not even a pigeon but a sort of huge flying lizard , mainly dark green with a pointed yellow beak , big white and sharp teeth , long claws, and even a menacing sting at the end of the tail

Obviously was a messenger with a message from the Lost World
I was surprised by its look, i would have expected something less noticeable, but he explained to be totally invisible, i could see him just because the wine:

the wine because he could not serve himself
his beak and claws were very adaptable, he could well drink from the bottle even serve , fill a glass and drink from the glass..but the cork no ,remove the the cork properly was a too big problem
for that he need help, and so decided to become visible to grant me the pleasure to offer him my best wine with, if possible a few snacks
...for the wine even Malvasia or Zibibbo were fine, if served cold but no too chilly

Anyway the photos included in the prof Challenge message were interesting ,... curious how that creature in foreground shifts continually colors and luminosity

I left the messenger enjoying my wine while i was writing my reply :
Challenger and Summerlee had still problem with their wireless, no good coverage there, so were counting on me to do the online research

but i could not find much similar except the Ultrillions , coralline lifeforms that were living in symbiosis with the Mayan Trolls in their original Motherland

Soon the messenger flied away with my reply, and i noticed too late that he took a couple of bottles of my best wine :gaah

But was nice have some new from the Lost World

i never quite know how to comment on your work, but i absolutely love everything you post !

there so much depth in every picture, a door to an alien but beautiful world

i wish there was a way to somehow join the wonderful stories you write, with your art
especially because your name is PhotoComix
have you ever thought about making a larger picture with panels and text, like a real comic ?

the pictures are magical - i agree with esper about the depth, feels like there's layer upon layer of images in every picture. a very imaginative text too, i sit here wondeingr what those mayan trolls look like.

Yes sure, and i kept thinking to the best format to use, alas the format used in printing and that from the web are totally different
(except with app as Ibook) one is more or less 3:4 the other 4:3, not a problem for strips but a big problem for page.

I had some comics collection in digital format, but if i may read a printed comics magazine in very short time, i hardly can read a few page of the same in digital format.

and also i have from long time the project to recover 2 of my old comix that were never published and went damaged during a arson...well very different from what i am doing now but i kept on planning

And for what i am doing now i really search a good idea:
For a proper comix i believe the format very important, a page created to be 4:3 can't be easily modified to work at 3:4
But for illustrated novels the format is less relevant.

So yes my mind is steaming looking for the right digital format to publish similar works

I am really glad you like also the narrative but i am surprised you found readable...i mean now it is readable but at soon i submitted was not only full of grammar and syntax errors but were several phrases interrupted even a misplaced line

the problem also here is that first my English vocabulary is very limited and, the second is that i notice the errors only a bit later, when is already submitted. ( at first i see more what i was wishing to write than what i really wrote, and i need a bit time to change focus

i know what you mean about needing time before you see the errors - i'm not a native speaker of english either, and many times i blush when i go back and read an old post i made somewhere and see all the swedicisms in the text. i try to remember to preview my posts before i submit them, but i'm a bit too disorganized to do it all the time :) . but even if your writing is a little hard to follow sometimes i think the meaning of the whole thing comes across well enough - at least it did in the text above.

it is true, that even with grammar usage errors, the gist of what is said does indeed come through, and it's not really that hard to understand.

A lost world or maybe another world from 100 metres up my street.

I wonder if this qualifies for the "my favourite flowers" thread? Possibly not.
