Despite the darkness.

I think we all at one point in our lives can use this message in some way or another.

Enjoy!

Nice, Couldn't see anthing obviously wrong with it, although I could only read the darkness when on full image size.

@He4rty: It was supposed to be hard to see to add to the feel of darkness masks the light, the light behind it is then muffled to attempt that effect...Though I can see how that can be annoying to see (or not see). :|

@Odinbc: Thank you. :D

I think it's a nice dramatization of love and hate through a piece of digital art.
I like it.

to me, the graphic sends out a message of hope.

Funny you say that, I was going to put the word hope in the image but it looked kinda tacky so I didn't.
I'm glad it still relayed the underlined message without the text! :D A picture says a thousands words anyways. :P :D

mokonafan: beautiful work - as always. the meaning really comes through, you're very good with that. i didn't see the word "darkness" at first either but then i accidentally tilted the screen a bit and saw it and i thought: "how clever of her!" often when you let the viewer work a little before they discover something that makes the image stay longer in your mind and the message of it shines stronger.

Ah! Glad you think so! :mrgreen:
Making the message shine and be seen in the artworks I make like this is always interesting, normally I make a concept on how I feel or how I see people around me. I'm glad you think I'm good at it! :)
Well I'm just glad you could see finally the word "darkness"...or maybe I'm not..depends how you look at it! ;)

I love it. The colours and contrast are beautiful.
