erisian: it looks like it could be a lovely cave to be in, but i think it needs some darkness surrounding it first, to create more of an atmosphere, and it would definitely need creatures of some kind in it!

it is quite beautiful, it looks like a rainbow exploding out of a pond.

This is a great image.I added a bit of G'MIC>Artistic> Rodilius (couldn't help myself), it was a perfect candidate for that effect.

I hope i do not get lost in this beautiful cave! :)
Worse yet i hope my batteries last long enough to find my way out. :(

Thank you everybody. I like your animation Rod. I'll work a bit on this one and see what I can come up with.

i couldnt see the cave at first
but what i really love about this picture, is the fact, that you can look a long time at it and it will stimulate your imagination
to me, the green and red lights are will'o'wisps dancing on the water

its all very mesmerizing

Agree with what Esper has said, the dancing light on the water is just mesmerising.

Thanks. This effect was an accident caused by the relief light filter and it was this that made me want to turn it into an enchanted cave.

I just love accidents in Gimp. They always seem to lead to something great. :)

Looked for awhile and just saw a couple of things that looked like they were skating on top of the water. - Enchanted indeed. :clap

Erisian, that's beautiful. I love the rippling water at the bottom. Really makes it feel like it's in a cave.
