I started playing around with my usual method of creating neon text effects (It's all Esper's fault) :hehe

and this was the result.

Here's a slightly different variation on the tubes:

I'm writing this up but it's quite a few steps and I've never tried to explain what I'm doing in GIMP to anyone else so bear with me while I try to make certain it makes sense. If I can't understand it, how will anyone else? :rofl
