Made these the other day. I guess they could make nice picture frames or whatever.

how did you get that nice shading on each segment ?
is it a gradient with posterize ?

No, just a simple black/white gradient, placed over each white segment, with the brightness lowered a bit. Also, when I rotated each segment into position, it seemed to give this effect as well. At least I think it did, but I did also lower the brightness of the gradients.
