Other than the jaggies on the inside part of the frame it looks pretty good to me.

It's not bad at all! There are just a few things I'd change if you are going for realism:

Neon lights are glass tubes filled with inert neon gas, which excites and gives off light, from the inside out, when lit. Generally, this means that the tube either looks uniformly bright (almost flat), or glows more intensely towards the inside, where there is a higher volume of excited gas. To accentuate the effect, you can have a dimly lit outline for where there is no neon gas, and just glass. I love the fonts, the presentation, and the fact you remembered the supports on the glass assembly (most people forget that entirely).

Of course, you could make it even MORE realistic by showing the reflections of the glossy tubes in adjacent tubes, but that may be too much work for the reality boost.

Remember how the surface under the neon reacts to things like the struts (supports) for the neon sign. Those will cast subtle shadows, which I've airbrushed in quickly, then blended with the smudge tool, to fan outward slightly from the struts.
