 Post subject: Star Mesh

I created the pattern below when I was making this image recently.
Image
My plan was to isolate parts of the image to make a metal mesh to overlay my pattern.
I then added a border and some metal stars created with pegleg44's tutorial here.
This is what I ended up with.

I then tried to create some gems for the inlay.

Then finally combined with the original satin fabric pattern after I tweaked it's colours.
