have been working for a few days on this and cant get it right

it all started with a screenshot of this lovely lady and then i wanted to add the quote, maybe in a comic or even Liechtenstein style but its very hard

i need some constructive criticism and/or ideas, please

Well it does look like a comic! I'm not sure who she is so the context of it rings no bells.
But if you wanna know about quality, I think it came out well! Nice work. :>
