It looks real good. The apparition has just the right sort of presence, floaty and see through, to look convincing.
Did you take the photo, EK? It looks good in black and white and there appears to be some hints of green on the plants, very nice effect.

Nah, I don't own either stock. It's just for fun, not for profit. I went to google for the balcony, I think under colonial mansions? Something like that. Found this here http://travellesque.wordpress.com/2012/ ... s-on-film/

I got the lady stock off of DA. There's some real generous free stock. It's actually using the original colors that came with the shot of the balcony, only I inverted them a few times among other things I did to the lighting. All in all I played with it for a couple of hours to get the spooky feel just right to my liking. It has PhotoComix smoothing filter, which I think is excellent. On the ghost I just blurred her a bunch, of different ways and overlaid difference and so forth. Just tweaked it until it looks like it's scary.

Yeah, AnMal, it was ridiculous how well they fit together, it was like she belonged on that balcony and I knew it.

ek22: hehe, if this was a spooky halloween special movie that would be the beginning of the mysterious events and you would get obsessed by that lady or the balcony and end up in that house digging out a terrible history of a maniac who murdered his wife or daughter with an axe on the balcony - and i just warn you: don't turn your back on anything for too long, if the white lady doesn't get you the maniac will show up with his axe ready!

the ghost looks a bit as a ghostly Madonna , but in a nice way ,not too much , and is all well merged togheter

Wow, you should write this story, you could sell it on amazon and make at least fifty bucks.
