Dear friends, how can I access the fonts I created on the Gimp Learn site?

Hi DJ: Hope you are well and in good form.
Sadly I do not think this is possible.
You can use the WayBack Machine Site to view the pages of the old GimpLearn site and perhaps use that as a record to recreate your originals.
Best of luck!

Sorry DJ, but I don't have a backup of your files; perhaps Issabella does.

Download, unzip, and assemble using Stitcher (for GIMP 2.10).
To use custom fonts, you can use the guides created by Skinnyhouse. :coolthup
