Several different Inkscape filters (exported the result for each filter output and blended with GIMP) Odin. The one that has the most impact though is Filters>Textures>Tinted Rainbow. The other presets (and never seems to be the same ones; lol) are for the glossy step. Again, the only reason you can create the marbles is the voronoi stippler. :)
