My mother in law has been getting Emails from 'the FBI', it's really sad how they prey on old people. Freddy (mother in law) has had the good sense to just trash them but still wasn't sure if they might be for real. I think that anyone who is computer literate should help educate old folks on how scams work so they don't become victims.

... and if the FBI wanted to contact you, they'd be at your door, not in an email.

and around here if the FBI wanted to talk with you they wold go through the local cops. Yet old people still fall for this

Love those. Like Robert Mueller has nothing better to do with his time than to personally e-mail a select few people to advise them they are up to no good while asking for information he already has access to ... or would have access to if he were actually Robert Mueller.
