I was just making a video with the Windows Movie Maker. I was putting some photos and all of them tend to shine, when i display the video. Is there a usual photo size that can get into videos?

i am not sure what you mean by shine? videos just show exactly what your image looks like.
are they photographs of photographs like was the flash on and your images has the shine created by flash? if so you'll have to retake your photos without flash.

for videos sizes it depends if where you want the video to end up. If you're creating videos for youtube they use these sizes.
240p: 426x240 (16:9)
360p: 640x360 (16:9)
480p: 854x480 (16:9)
720p: 1280x720 (16:9)
1080p: 1920x1080 (16:9)
1440p (2k): 2560x1440 (16:9)
2160p (4k): 3840 x 2160 (16:9)
