I was becoming discouraged,
due to what was available in my price point.

However,
my perseverance and positive nature paid off big time.
With one of the places I looked at.
I was given a huge break,
on the place,
that cost 25% more then I could afford.

Humanity does still exist after all,
and the experience I had securing this new place confirmed this.

Wallace I have had to live in many different places throughout my life, much moving from a home to another.
Maybe these steps can help you:
Start to put in boxes what you do not need every day. Label each box by room and set on it a number. Write in your notebook the box number and what's inside (just so you know)
So on until you arrive the day before your home moving with the last boxes open for the most essential use.
Call your friends to help (very important)

This method to sort my stuff helped me a lot.
Then set the boxes in the right room in your new home.

It's funny that you make mentioning of this method,
because that's exactly how I'm going about doing it.
It may seems,
that this must be a universally proven plan of attack.
