Hey everyone, I’ve been tasked with organizing transportation for our company’s annual retreat, and honestly, I have no clue where to start with charter buses. I’ve never booked one before, and there are so many options—sizes, amenities, and pricing all seem to vary wildly. Does anyone have experience picking the right bus for a group of about 45 people? I want it to be comfortable, safe, and not break the budget, but I’m not sure what factors matter the most. Any tips would be amazing!

Don't have experience but I would factor in the age group that is traveling and if any of them have mobility issues.
Also you need to think of how long your trip will take. If longer than 2 hours you may need one with a toilet if the bus is not stopping on the way to your destination and back at all.
