Using Scripts Cannot Be Considered Artistic!

There are people like me who are not artists but who like to get a little too close to the art. For us, devoid of higher skills, a script is trying to climb a little the road that leads to Olympus.

I find that the word ARTIST is easier to use in USA than in Europe and I like it!

Everyone can learn from somebody and everybody can learn from someone.
It really comes down to critics as to what may be classed as art. Myself, I have a bizarre sense of art appreciation. It does not include Andy Warhol Or Picasso though. :shock:

If digital art is not an art form, then why are there so many graphic artist. The movie industry in particular.

Although I think scripts can be a kinda lazy way to do things, it doesn't mean you aren't doing art. It's like using a calculator to do a math problem, you still need to know what to do to make your result.

Carlos, I think that everybody is an artist.
It's the level of acceptance that varies.

It also looks like "artist" has a different acceptation on either side of the Atlantic.

The last time I used two pencils together, it was to try and light a fire.
Do you have room on that level for another :hehe
