Hello Gimpers !

I know what I'm ready to do here is sometimes called 'spam' on other occasions, but I'd like to share this link with you anyway :)
I've opened a blog about 'open source graphics', and I'm planning to write some weird posts on it, about doing not so usual things with images. This will be mostly a bit technical, because most of the things I'll show will be done using the command line. But I'll also talk about some GIMP stuffs (probably some of the filters available in the G'MIC plug-in for GIMP  ).
So, in case you could be interested, here is the URL : http://opensource.graphics

There is not much content yet, except one post and lists of interesting software and websites (GIMPChat included of course!).
If you have ideas of any software or site missing, just let me know.

Cheers,

David.

Will check it out David. I'm not a coder though; just a user. Looking forward to seeing some of the eclectic stuff that can be done using open source programs. :)

I'm looking forward to seeing how your open source graphics site evolves.

David: is there an RSS or Feed link for your blog? I tried to find one w/o success. (FWIW - I follow GimpChat and Flickr-G'MIC in Thunderbird News&Blogs and it works very well)

Thanks Sallyanne, lightzone is a good match indeed.
AutoHDR is maybe free but is not open-source.
