I think I will try also. I have a tripod somewhere to keep the camera really still. Husband is a science teacher so he likes that sort of thing!

The only camera I own is on my cellphone and it's not a very good camera.

Looking forward to the eclipse, Its 7:50 in northwest England and the moons above the horizon, image taken 20 minutes ago. Fingers crossed on the weather, sarnies and flask made up, deckchair in the garden, good luck for those staying up :)
