This file is the WinUtilities.h file and i need it to compile a 64 bit version of the PSPI plug-in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have made a very exhaustive search today with 0 results.
I thought this was part of the Windows SDK but seems it is either an older file from an older SDK or Visual Basic.

Thanks!

Now that would be awesome, but, as I recall, there were certain things needed for the 64-bit plugin to work if my memory serves me correctly (believe required additional dlls; just can't remember the story anymore). Checked Tor's site and doesn't have any information for 64-bit Windows version unfortunately. :)

I'm not sure what you need for PSPI but check here, PSPI: Running Photoshop plug-ins in GIMP
