Very mild start to Winter here. Looks like temps will be around 60 degrees or so on Christmas Day. In fact our entire Fall was pleasantly warm. Unusual, but I'll take it compared to our normal cold temperatures at this time.

Indeed it is, but, unlike last few days, today was quite warm. Going to be near 80s by Christmas. lol

Hope I don't have to turn on my AC again.

You can keep that in Canada Odin. I'll enjoy my mid plus 70°s F weather and be happy.

It's Summer where I am I think. It's certainly hot enough although not as hot as Adelaide thankfully(I couldn’t imagine 40c+). High 20's bad enough.

As long as you don't have to work outside and have AC it's not that bad. We get 'dry heat'. Never been to Queensland or anywhere up north of Australia, so don't know what your tropical/humid heat is like. Pretty uncomfortable I'm thinking.

Remember reading about yesterday being your shortest day of the year in the northern hemisphere Odin.

I love that it is not freezing cold like the last few years! I hate being cold. And now the days will be getting longer, yay.

Your right, Sallyanne, it is very humid and uncomfortable. Thankfully I have AC and am retired so don't have to leave house much and I hate cold so am glad I am in Qld.

I am liking the fact my wife doesn't have to drive in /on ice and snow but not liking the trees already budding. They are very confused.
