New copyright laws are in effect regarding uploading/downloading music & movies.

From what I gather, the country that's involved is the US so far since only 5 ISPS: Verizon, Comcast, Time Warner Cable, AT&T, & CableVision have teamed up with film making companies and record label companies in an effort to stop users from downloading/uploading music & movies illegally.

That's true it did but people are still upset about this 3 yrs later.
