Used 1/5th bag of Trinity mix that I purchased at Wal-Mart instead of the onions and no bacon (freaking too broke to pay $4/lb for bacon; didn't use bacon the last time either. lol). Also paid $1.37/lb ($1.42 total) for marked down hamburger; a little light in color but still red thus couldn't resist the price. Also, I used the same substitute I used last time; I used 1/2 cup of Krusteaz pancake mix instead of Bisquick (pretty much the same thing; have plenty of it so why not). Yup; another poor man's delicious creation. Only the second time I made this; so delicious.

It indeed is delicious, Dalia. May have used a bit too much cheese this time (but who's complaining?). lol

I love cheese melted on almost anything...not processed cheese, real cheese!
