What a day!
It took me and Wallace all day to fix these bugs I had within Windows 10 that were in my laptop.
Wallace and I had to do the most strange clean install of Windows ever.
Glad I got my laptop back running smoothly.
If you asked me how it was done, I couldn't explain but I bet he could.
Anyway, I finally have my laptop back in working order.
Thanks Wallace!
I couldn't have done it with out you.

Considering,
that we did the entire clean installation via text messaging,
and (mostly out of focus) cellphone pictures.
We did really well.
Even though it took us literally all day to do it.
Also the fact,
that you needed to become familiarized with how the BIOS functioned.
Which was basically a mini How To Use The BIOS tutorial.
For someone who has never worked in this type of environment before,
you did extraordinarily well.
Doing the clean install in this way.
Was like looking through a pinhole,
to try and figure out what was happening around me.
There were a few hiccups,
but we managed to work them through.
I'm 100% sure,
that the system rebooted itself,
while you were away form the computer.
Which is why we seemed to be in an installation loop at one point.
Repeating previous steps,
during the installation,
that we had already completed.
I believe that most people would have thrown in the towel,
but you hung in like a trooper.
Helping to make this work.
I do feel,
that Windows 10 will always have issues.
Due to the new Microsoft operating system's model and
their decision to push updates out,
after using us (the public) as their OS guinea pigs.
What matters most,
is that we worked together to make this happen.
