I'd say sunrise.

1. The red hue on the lower part points to morning light. Sunset has different hue, I think it has something to do with how the light breaks through atmosphere.
2. Because we need hope.
3. Do I get cookie if I can tell it was taken 7:24?

Maybe a cyber cookie. I think it was about quarter of an hour before

Phone doesn't give the time. So if you found it in 'properties ', it was probably the time I either downloaded it from my Google photos or the time it was posted.
Says the time on my computer so I'd say the time I downloaded it from the net.
