Oh; I agree about the prices. A few months ago, I used my Christmas money and paid $215 at a brick and mortar (Office Depot) for the CS5 upgrade since it will be the last upgrade that the current version I had at the time would upgrade too. Just wish GIMP had 16/32 bit capabilities as well as a better RAW processor (UFRaw just doesn't cut it). Still, for 99% of what I do, GIMP is more then better imo. It will be 100% if they put a nail into those two things that I mentioned. I have to admit, I do like CS5's GPU accelerated featues like zoom and also I do like some of the Pixel Bender (GPU enhanced) filters. If GIMP ever gets GPU capabilities too, then we all know we will be in narvana.
