It isn't free though. Not sure if there is a free website to advertise your graphic art work, and resume.

Look for a Artist Directory in your country/state/city. Australia has one

If you cannot find one maybe start one on a social media platform.
Where lots of people can together add the places they know of. Should help you and others.

I've found that platforms like Dribbble or Behance still work best to get seen, even locally.
Otherwise, try local creative groups on Meetup or Facebook — sometimes they share good directories or job boards.
Honestly, most "directories" feel dead unless they’re tied to an active community.

I used to work for a Pizza place creating their action script monitor advertisements. All in flash. Through a website named Odesk. It seemed like every time i bid on a job i got underbid. It wasn't easy to make money from sites like those.

My advice is to get a presence on Deviant Art and advertise your work there. Maybe even Flickr. Then sell your work.

You might want to check out Dribbble Pro or The Dots — both act like creative directories where designers and illustrators can showcase work and connect with potential clients, and they’re way more targeted than generic business listings.
