With New Years being very soon, and some it's already new year, but I just wanted to wish everyone here at GimpChat a very Happy New Year.

Do any of you have any New Year Resolutions?

lol That's a unique resolution lol

Mine is to plant more crops, be around my neighbors more, and actually have meals with them to make sure everyone eats, and just get along. If someone has beef it's mono-o-mono none of this 60 vs 1 crap.

Also to start making more DIY Projects (Got some great ideas, but won't say until made)

That's it! Which shouldn't be to hard to accomplish.

sounds like great resolutions, Mike. I am like Molly, never make them because I will disappoint myself for not keeping them. Nice idea about gardening...we always make a nice garden and grow enough to not only freeze for winter, but to take in to work. We have some people at work that are barely scraping by and they appreciate some fresh organic produce.

I did this by altering and fiddling round with one of the built in logo presets under file in the main GIMP window. I think I used Alien Glow.

Well, then, Happy New Year. I watched the fireworks display in Sydney on the television...beautiful! Sydney never disappoints!

Remember those cabs are usually giving free rides home! So there is NO excuse to drink and drive to the bars. :)
Have fun and stay safe. My Wife, myself, and my 2 youngest boys are going to watch 2012 roll in from home this year.

Hope you and family have a great year too Rod. Very surprised how warm it is (even now, it's in the mid 60s) here so it doesn't feel cool enough for January. Dad just turned on the outdoor Christmas lights (we turn on our lights pretty much daily prior to Christmas and leave them on all of Christmas Day; we then keep them off until New Years Eve and keep them on and throughout New Years day; it's a tradition. lol). I'll be taking the lights down on Monday for another years wait. :)
