does anyone know a way to convert pdf files to ebook files like mobipocket or epub ( do epub file even work on a kindle) to work on a kindle?

I have it installed myself.

Fill out the info and wait for the instructions.(copy the key it gives you on line)
After you install open the program and click start to get to the activation code area.
Copy in the code and fill out the form.
It will activate.



I am not sure how long it it will remain free. December was the actual deadline.You may want to grab it quick.

Have a look at "calibre" to convert PDF to a MOBI or .azw format. A great program for eBook management as well.
