need a quick Html help

To embed images:

I am making tutorial on Mathmap and i want it also in html format and i want include the image at original sizes but display in the tut scaled down

well i forget how to the code to have big clickable thumbs

Also would be possible indicate only the width of the thumb and have the height automatically calculated (preserving image ratio )

I hate html ! i hate office and openoffice but i badly want finish that damned tut and have a copy that i may post on DA too
so PDF and or HTML
