Wow, that would work in sheds and barns that don't have electricity in them, too. Dog houses, chicken coops, etc., etc., etc. How clever. Recycle those plastic bottles!!!!

one commenter mentioned that each light would generate heat...I wonder if it's enough heat to make the house too hot. Also wonder if they can easily make a cover for the light in case they do want it dark inside. Still, I think is a great idea for green energy and cheap light.

I need some solar lights for the garden. In the past, I have used them with varying success. Some that I had to throw away today, were the best, having lasted five years and performed well, just wiring been run over by the mower one time too many
Hopefully, one of you will know how to tell what is best, before I start searching it online, I don't mind paying a little extra for quality.
