Ground doesn't get cold enough to snow where I live in Australia. So we mostly get rain and hail.
If it does snow in the higher areas near where I live it usually melts not long after hitting the ground.

It does however snow in other mountainous areas in Australia in Winter.

Sounds like the weather here. April is usually rainy here on the US northwest coast. :umbsmile

Yep lots and lots of rain and light snowfall here in Michigan still.Let's hope this years apple crop doesn't freeze again.
On a side note...
I hope it lets up soon so i can set up my new Eno double hammock.

I can't wait to do some hiking with my wife this year. :bigthup

Then next year possibly the Appalachian Trail together.

I have heard it does get cold in Bendigo. Canberra and Tasmania too
