To cut a long story short, my aunt lost her dog suddenly to cancer and I'm trying to get together a selection of pictures to frame and present to her at Christmas. There is one picture that has white eye and I'm having no success getting rid of it. My attempts look out of place. I know we are all busy this time of year but if someone could help me out who can do this with ease, I'd be very greatful.

I just want the white eye done, no changes to the picture are needed

Those dogs eyes really need some glossiness they look flat. Even the brown area does.
