Well tomorrow, hopefully I get up early enough, I want to try and film a water lily that I watch open and close over the course of a day, and do a timelaspe with my little pocket shooter... So I guess what I am asking is, anyone got a cool program to do it in? Take all the images and make a film? Suggestions?

can i assume you are saving sequentially numbered frames?

in Ubuntu I would use OpenShot

of course if I was in Windows I would use my AfterEffects, but most people will not have that professional program.

I used Gimp for mine! Some are animated GIFs and some are AVIs.
I loaded the first image in Gimp.
File > Open as Layers and select the remaining photos.
Image resize, to get the image the size you want.
You can then save it as an animated GIF, PNG, or using GAP to save it as an AVI.

Well I didn't get up as early as planned, but I started it, I'll give it an hour, tomorrow I have driver's ed stuff (last drive then I get the permit or level 1 license) and Thursday I have to leave in the afternoon so thats a no, so I guess Friday I'll have to get up really early and do it!

Anyone know how often I should have it shooting?
I have it set to every minute right now
