Not my turtle so not showing the result, but G'MIC's deconvolution can give just as good result from what I saw at your GIMPer post Rod. Still, can't have enough tools in one's arsenol imo. :)

I think if i can get the noise value correct and the kernal.bmp correct i will get a great result.
Need to do some more testing. :)
Did you watch the Photo Shop Max video? Holy crap that plugin is nice!
And this one works with the same algorithm.You just need to get all the values correct.
It's too bad this couldn't be made into a interface that shows preview results. That would be most pleasant.

the tool was to eliminate motion blur i don't think would be very effective with different kind of blur
