Scratch Pad in MyPaint won't open without Errors

Can anyone tell me why I am getting this error in MyPaint. I want to open a scratch pad in MyPaint and no matter what I click, I get this error. I couldn't screen shot the whole thing. This is the widest it would go on y screen

Have you changed anything in MyPaint recently?
Do you have any saved scratchpads?
On the Scratchpad menu try using Revert first.

no I haven't changed anything Odin. No I don't have any saved ones. This is the first time I tried to make a fresh one. I wanted to open a new scratchpad, save it so it won't disappear when I close MyPaint. I then get that message when I try. I did check for it to clear.
