I'm stuck! I can't figure out what I'm doing incorrectly, I may not have the required plugins. I'm following the PDF (and thank you, great guide), when I run the filter nothing happens as a result, all I'm left with is the selected active path (this is how green I am - do I have to do anything other than set the radio buttons with the bucket tool?) any suggestions would be appreciated.

RJKD - it is a little difficult to work out just what your problem may be, given your brief description.

The only script/plug-in you need is Bevel Reflect Logo. That script works against a selection that is not transparent. Typically I fill the selection with 3DGreen, using the Bucket Tool, then run BRL with th settings and e-map as specified in the tut..

Firstly do you get a filled selection against which you run BRL.
Secondly, let me know at which section/step you are on when your problem arises and we can work you through it.

I love your "rain" creation image above. Very well done and a very clever idea. I have been struggling for ideas lately. I was surfing the photo sites for ideas, when I saw an image of a Kookaburra. I began singing that little song immediately! I must have spent too many years as a child in Brownie and Girl Scouts! I must have sung that song a million times. Oh, well, Nostalgia!
Let me know if you think I am ready for the "funny farm".

Omg! Twisted minds think alike - yesterday when I was working on a mandala with Alpha Shine, I said to myself that it would probably be really nice to try it with your tutorial for glass! Love your outcome.

Dalia, talk about twisted minds: when looking through patterns and other images I have for ideas, I thought mandalas could be used for glass and thought of trying to make a clear glass one of some type! Maybe we are closer to that farm than we think!
