When I put it through the final step in the tutorial, the whole rectangular cloud layer was going across the moon. I tried all the modes and by the time I got near the bottom, the desaturate one turned it to pink but I couldn't see the rectangular clouds anymore, so I stuck with it and saved it cuz it was kind of pretty.

Excellent work, everyone! I haven't tried animation yet and I think this is an excellent tutorial for a GIMP newbie like myself.
