Thanks for the nice tutorial. It inspired me to try to come up with something similar.

I got this result from a pattern I created. Ran it through the LT script and G'MIC, then played around with the brightness/contrast/curves.

try to repeat it using a warmer background -if you like-: a wood texture for instance, or something red (a carpet?): aluminium looks great on red, by contrast

edit: to be honest, looking back into the history of this topic, the majority of the outcomes look too serious, to me...
