this is so great and so fun that i made another.
at the end i created new layer (white) filled with dried
mud pattern and then i put mode to multiplay.
again new layer(white) filled with pastel rainbow gradient...... i turn the blend shape for gradient to spiral(ccw).layer mode - hue

I know this is an old thread, but I thought it was so cute. I made a jello image and my daughter thought it should jiggle. I used a slight ripple effect to do this. Fliters>Animation>Ripple with ripple set at .5 and Edge behavior set to Black.
