I'm a huge Becker Knife and Tool knife fan. I'm the outdoorsy type, and frequent many outdoor themed forums. Ethan Becker is the author of "The Joy of Cooking", the number one selling cookbook in the world. He also happens to be an outdoor enthusiast, and designed the Becker Patrol Pack, that used to be used by the Navy SEALS. He also has a series of knives he has designed. He has designated them BK1, (Becker Knife 1)BK2, etc. Anyways, as sort of a tribute, I decided to morph all of his designs into one animation. Not hard to do per se, but very time consuming. By the way, I later decided to add my user name, and didn't know how to add it to all the frames at once, and did it by the frame...all 435, haha:

I just bought the Becker BK2 with the newer sheath (less glass inside so it doesn't dull the edge on release).
Man that thing is a... to quote David Cantabury "A Becker Train Wrecker"
I can't wait to play with it this summer. The thing is like a pry bar. Kinda heavy though, and i think i will change the sheath.

Using Saulgoodes combine bg would do the trick for you.
Just a bg layer all black except your name and run the script.All layers will get that bg.Then delete the bg layer (original)

That is sweet looking.Did you use mustard for the blade? Cool tiger stripe design.I have to take the black coating off mine yet.I think G10 handles are in the future for mine.That or wood.Not sure yet.

It's actually gun bluing. I took the scales off, stripped the blade, cleaned it well, applied a coat of bluing, sanded it off lightly. Then, I laid down some blue painters tape down on some wax paper. Traced the knife onto the tape. Drew the stripes, cut them out with an exacto knife, and placed the tape on the knife. Applied gun blue again, took the tape off, and steel wooled it lightly.

I used cut out tape on the scales as well, and painted them.

No problem. I purchased some California Buckeye Burl scales for mine. I made a sheath in GIMP, and won a contest with it. The guy is going to make the sheath I designed, so I'm going to strip the blade, and put the wood scales on my other 2.

I used the becker knife for Shaving and whittling and I was like wow.
I did all of these test after the battening and chopping.
The knife shaved the wood like hairs. I was able to shave thin enough tinder to start a fire. I was also able to whittle down wood to make a somewhat dead fall (I need A LOT of work in this area) I was able to carve with little effort.
