Hi,
For Win64 there are two options:
A 4.5 MB (yellow) and another 13.9 MB (red)

What are the differences between these options? How to download?

I guess that "gmic" is the full code, while "gmic_gimp" is the "module" used inside gimp

Yes that's right, one contains "standalone" gmic i.e. command line and the other is for gimp only.
