I was using them just fine for the past few days, but suddenly today they started doing this!
I've tried reinstalling them, but they just won't work... :(
anyone know what's wrong? :bawl

Hi Ashby,

Welcome to Gimp Chat
:jumpclap :clap :jumpclap

I'm not particularly familiar with troubleshooting G'MIC,
but perhaps this issue can be narrowed down.

Does G'MIC-Qt appear greyed out with every image,
or just the one you're working on?
Also,
which version of GIMP are you using?

Since it was working before,
it would be helpful to know if anything changed before the problem started
.

Is your image in RBG mode? (Not Greyscale or indexed)
Do you have an active layer? ( not two or more, not active mask or channel)

G'MIC Plug-in will not work with any images in Indexed Mode
they need to be in RGB or Gray Scale.
Check your image mode you're working with.
