For color effects on polygons I added a decomposition into triangles.

(This is the same principle as the stars and flowers.)

Nice samj. You could make some awesome cut diamonds with that.

nice job samj. Here is one rendition of your polygon. I would like to try later to make in the shape of a gem, I guess that would take some perspective work, and also play with the modes a bit.

Bonjour,

Here is a new filter to create "flowers". The "petals" are on a spiral.

Filters > G'MIC > Testing > Samj > Dessiner une fleur 2 / Draw a flower 2

(update G'MIC filters)

Erisian · **Posted:** Mon Sep 03, 2012 5:49 pm **(#36)**

Thanks again Samj. I'm finding it hard keeping up with you.

Bonjour,

Erisian

Here is an animation where each frame is the result of the last script (Filters > G'MIC > Testing > Samj > Dessiner une fleur 2 / Draw a flower 2) :

That is really really beautiful. You've got my imagination going.

Bonjour,

Here is a new filter that allows you to fill an image with stars ("Remplir_Etoiles" / G'MIC - Gimp)

Filtres > G'MIC > Testing > Samj > Remplir_Etoiles

Those are very cool, thank you samj
