Many gmic filters rename the layers that contain brackets in the name with square brackets.
frame001-(40ms) -> frame001-[40ms].
This break all timings in animation.

All repair filters an others ....

This has been recently reported and fixed.
Pick the latest binaries from http://gmic.eu/gimp.shtml and you shouldn't have this issue anymore.
